The theme? Circularity - explored in depth by none other than emeritus professor Jan Jonker, a leading expert in sustainable, circular, and collective business models.
In the morning, we’ll start with the fundamentals: what are circular business models, and how do they work in practice?
In the afternoon, we’ll take it a step further with an interactive workshop on revenue models. Together with the other participants, you'll examine and evaluate which revenue models best contribute to sustainability and circularity, as part of an international research project.

Morning
10 - 10.30 am: Welcome & Registration
10.30 - 12 am: Seminar: Circular business models
In this morning session, Jan Jonker introduces the core principles of circular business models. How does a circular model differ from a classic linear model? What role do multiple value creation, supply chain collaboration, and systems thinking play in this new way of doing business?
Lunch
12 am – 2 pm: Lunch
An informal lunch to further engage in conversation with the other attendees. Take the opportunity to expand your network and create unique contacts with the entrepreneurs and thinkers of tomorrow's economy.
Afternoon
2 - 4 pm: Workshop: revenue models
This workshop is part of an ongoing international research project on revenue models that can promote sustainability and circularity in and for organisations. You will review a selection of the present models assigned to them and supplement them with examples, followed by a group discussion. The final results of this research project will be shared with all participants later on.
4 - 5 pm: Closing drink & networking
About Jan Jonker
Jan Jonker specialises in sustainable, circular and collective business models, and their crucial role in the transition towards a future-forward economy. He is a former professor of Toulouse Business School and Nijmegen School of Management. He recently published his 36th (!) book, 'A Transition of Meaning'.
